Cold pressed, unrefined coconut oil is the most valuable. It has a pleasant smell and a delicate coconut flavor. Saturated fatty acids represent 90% of the content of the oil. Thanks to the medium-chain structure, they are not stored in the form of fat but converted to energy that accelerates metabolism. The rest of the ingredients are healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins E, B, C, minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc) and laurel acid.
